Activation error code ACT.0

I'm getting this message every time I try to activate my license. The error code is ACT.0 

 

Can someone help me out?

Please provide your public license ID. Are you trying to activate Endpoint for Windows or another product?

Sure, it's 3AJ-AEG-U7M and yes I'm trying in Windows because it activated just fine in my MacBook Pro

Yes. Eset licenses are country specific.

Assuming you purchased the license from an authorized retailer in Australia, contact them to determine if the license can be transferred to a device located in Costa Rica.

Thanks for the answer. I just sent Microbe AU an email asking for support, regarding the error code, what does it mean or why might be happening?
