Synology Assistant

Synology Assistant is a program to configure my NAT-Devices. Obviously ESET blocks the connections via IP-adresses. Where could I find the conguration to change that?

Does temporarily pausing the firewall make a difference? If so, do you see the desired communication in the list of blocked communications when you run the firewall troubleshooting wizard?
