[Bug Report] Unable to save settings

Recently I've been unable to save my advanced settings. I get this error message:
 

Quote

An error occurred while saving settings. Please make sure that you have permissions to change settings.

However I am the only administrator account on the computer and I successfully changed these settings just recently.
Eset is also up to date.

Does it happen every time you attempt to save settings? If so, please provide a Procmon log from an unsuccessful attempt.
