I got the agent and product installed in the workstation via the console but I'm having a problem in the product activation task. Based on the console it was successfully finished but upon checking the computer again product is not activated. Also please make sure that you select a correct license (ESET Endpoint Security), the product won't activate with an ESET Endpoint Antivirus license for instance. The workstation that won't activate has Endpoint Security. I thought they were the same thing. Clearly an amateur mistake. Haha. Thank you so much!
