You are in the section Diagnostic logs. Diagnostic logging can be enabled under Tools -> Diagnostics. However, this should be used with caution and not enabled longer than necessary to troubleshoot a particular issue. Diagnostic logging has adverse effect on performance and some logs can grow to gigabytes within minutes or hours.

Logging of allowed urls is not recommended for that reason either.

We want to know what kind web that user access, after that we will block it and turn off allowed policy

What you can do is create a permissive Web Control category rule with all categories selected. Make sure to select "Warning" logging severity for the rule so that the data is transmitted to ESMC. Create a report with Web Control data to see the urls.

However, it appears that you have already done this since you have posted a screen shot of such report.
Note that diagnostic Web Control logs are intended only for analysis by ESET developers, hence it doesn't make sense to enable advanced logging if you don't need to troubleshoot a Web Control related issue.
