Can not take ownership of my license

Dear Sir,

At my.eset.com license manger i can not take ownership of my license . Clicking "Request to verify license ownership" 5 circles start to blink and nothing happens .

The license is highly suspicious. It has been passed to the legal department for further processing.

Discussion about license from sanctioned countries is not allowed and the case will be handled in concordance with laws.

Having said that, we'll draw this topic to a close.
