Administrators Marcos 5,725 Posted April 30, 2020 Administrators Posted April 30, 2020 I would recommend raising a support ticket since further troubleshooting and exported db or information about particular tables, hw configuration, information about the infrastructure, etc. will be needed for developers.

richardwcitygj 0 Posted May 1, 2020 Author Posted May 1, 2020 It's a virtual server running in a VMware cluster. The VM server specs are: Windows server 2019 SQL server 2019 6 CPUs 24 GB Memory 2 HardDrive C drive 100GB D drive (database) 1TB with 80% free right now
Administrators Marcos 5,725 Posted May 3, 2020 Administrators Posted May 3, 2020 I'd recommend raising a support ticket with your local ESET distributor since logs and exports from the EEI db will need to be looked at by developers.
