Eset Password manager license sync

I've downloaded Eset premium for 30 trial days
Then i purchased I by mistake purchased an Eset internet security license.

got a refund

and purchased the premium one instead,

 

it seems my email was connected to the password manager through the internet security

and now my premium one with the new license cannot be registered or synced.

my old internet security license seems to have been cancelled and i cannot find a way to resync my password manager

You can sign in to your ESET account here https://my.eset.com/convert and convert previous license with new product. Otherwise you can make a reply with eset email that comes with license.
