Can not start a manual scan

Do you use Windows XP that you have Endpoint 6.5 installed and not the latest 7.2?

What happens if you try to run a manual scan?
Please post a screen shot to clarify what you mean by anti-phishing being messed up.

Long story short. . . 

I booted into Windows 10 Safe Mode. Ran the ESET Uninstall program. Restarted Windows 10 for normal operations. Loaded ESET Endpoint Security and did full updates for everything. All is good :-).


Looks like the off line ESET Uninstall from Safe Mode download was just the ticket needed. Thanks ESET!
