Can not start a manual scan

ESET Endpoint Security 6.5

I can not start ANY manual scan.

The Anti Phising feature seems to be really messed up.

"Something is not right in Denmark!"

Any ideas?

Do you use Windows XP that you have Endpoint 6.5 installed and not the latest 7.2?

What happens if you try to run a manual scan?
Please post a screen shot to clarify what you mean by anti-phishing being messed up.

Long story short. . . 

I booted into Windows 10 Safe Mode. Ran the ESET Uninstall program. Restarted Windows 10 for normal operations. Loaded ESET Endpoint Security and did full updates for everything. All is good :-).

 

Looks like the off line ESET Uninstall from Safe Mode download was just the ticket needed. Thanks ESET!
