Computers status

Hello

I have a problem in displaying the status of computers. I deployed the agent via the web console and I deployed the endpoint via the remote tool. And both of that have been installed on client machines. However, in the web console, the state of the computers has not changed. Need Help

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors.
