A device(s) sent different MAC addresses to an ARP request. Hard to say why, it can happen on servers with multiple network adapters sharing the same IP address for load balancing.

I checked and it was the IP adress from my phone, but has different MAC adress from what ESET software says it has.

Checked on "about my phone" (Android)

You can enable advanced network protection logging under Tools -> Diagnostics, reproduce the detection, disable logging, collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide the generated archive for perusal.
