Invalid Digital Signature

I have Internet Security installed on my laptop. When I tried to update, it says

Product update failed > Invalid Digital Signature

Please help me to fix this.

Please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced logging under Help and Support -> Details for customer care
- run update
- stop logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here for perusal.

Unfortunately advanced logging was not enabled when reproducing the issue:

Please create logs again and provide fresh ELC logs.

It says I am allowed to upload 100MB but my file size is 126MB

Strange, there are no error records in your logs and I see just successful updates logged:

18. 4. 2020 21:21:28    ESET Kernel    Detection Engine was successfully updated to version 21188 (20200418).    SYSTEM    
18. 4. 2020 16:35:18    ESET Kernel    Detection Engine was successfully updated to version 21187 (20200418).    SYSTEM

What's it saying on the homepage and setup part as it is saying there are problems in that bit?

What is the issue then? I have uploaded the full log. It should have all the info right?

Clear the update cache as shown in the below screenshot and see if that resolves the issue:
