ESET causes outlook to hang on opening

Hi,

ESET appears to be causing outlook (OFFICE 365) to hang indefinitely when started. When I uninstalled ESET and restarted Outlook it opened straight away with no problem. I reinstalled ESET, disabled the Outlook addin, and again it works fine.

Any suggestions? Obviously I'd rather have email protection!
