Unable to start Banking & Payment Protection with Microsoft Edge

I used Banking & Payment Protection on Firefox a few months, it is fine.

 

I install Microsoft Edge early this year, but Banking & Payment Protection is not function.

 

Please help ...

If you use MS Edge as a default browser, Internet Explorer is used as a secure browser. Do bank websites open in IE or what actually happens?
