I am wanting to purchase security for a not for profit emergency relief organisation. We have only one shared laptop and a mobile phone. Do I purchase a home product for one device or do I need to purchase a business product?

You should purchase a home product, ideally ESET Internet Security if you don't need Password manager and Disk encryption and ESET Mobile Security on the mobile phone if it runs on Android. I'd recommend contacting ESET Australia since non-profit organizations can get a discount, at least in some countries.
