Unable to Select a State During Product Activation

Hi all,

I recently purchased a PC that comes with ESET Internet Security. There is an Activation Helper that appears on-screen asking me to activate and install. When I select that option, I am required to enter name, email, address, etc., however when this screen appears, the Country field is pre-set to Slovak Republic. Both before and after changing the country to United States, there is no option to select a value for the State field, and because that field is required I am unable to proceed with the activation. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
