Error code MSI . 1923 . Install failed!

Got the MSI.1923 error when installing ESET.

Tried follows:
- run a full disk scan with ESET Online Scanner
- malware is detected and cleaned, reboot the machine after the scan
- reinstall ESET

Again got the same MSI.1923 error.

Attaching logs(using ESET Log Collector)..

Any advice would be appreciated.

The installer failed while installing ekrn service. Please provide a Procmon log from installation.

Also check permissions for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services.
Is permission inheritance from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM enabled?
