I'm a registered customer and i tried to install Eset File security on Windows Server 2003 R2.

Some time ago there was an another Eset version installed on this server, which version is unknown.

During installation process setup program shows message prompt "Please pick up eavbe_nt32_rus.msi".

I choose "Cancel", and next message appers "There was an error duruing uninstallation the previous version, setup cant continue". (messages appear in my Native language, so translation can be not so exact.)

What shoul i do?

This error usually occurs if a backup of the original msi installer was deleted from c:\windows\installer folder. Please run this Uninstall tool in safe mode, then retry installation.

I 've done that twice, but the error is still the same. U can see log of the Uninstall toll here.

Can you gie me an additional advice?

Should the problem persist, post a screen shot of the error you get. At any rate, I'd suggest contacting Customer care who could connect to the computer remotely and troubleshoot the issue.
