Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted April 8, 2020 Administrators Share Posted April 8, 2020 Update servers are currently under a higher load due to a bigger update of the Augur module. We are about to apply throttling in the next few minutes to mitigate the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you are using the latest v13.1.21 both on Windows 10 and Windows 7.

Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted April 8, 2020 Administrators Share Posted April 8, 2020 Please provide a complete memory dump from a crash with v13.1.21 installed. This version actually addresses a crash caused by eamonm.sys caused by v13.1.16 and there are no such reported issues with the latest version.
