Administrators Marcos 4,920 Posted April 6, 2020 Administrators Share Posted April 6, 2020 Most likely it's the same issue as discussed here: https://forum.eset.com/topic/22995-latest-update-bsod/ The issue should be addressed in the upcoming v7.2 hotfix which is being tested. Administrators Marcos 4,920 Posted April 6, 2020 Administrators Share Posted April 6, 2020 It's undergoing QA tests so it shouldn't take long. A couple of days at maximum if everything goes well and no issues are found.

Administrators Marcos 4,920 Posted April 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted April 17, 2020 The hotfix is planned to be released towards the end of May since we are still fixing mainly localization bugs found during QA testing. If you want, we can provide you with v7.2.2068.

Administrators Marcos 4,920 Posted April 18, 2020 Administrators Share Posted April 18, 2020 You can download EES 7.2.2068.0 from https://forum.eset.com/files/file/22-ees_nt64msi/. Install it only on machines with v7.2 where you experience issues with BSOD. On other machines I'd recommend waiting for an official release of the next v7.2 hotfix build.
