Password manager keeps asking to add same user id

On edge password manager asks if I want to add the new web site. It does this every time even after Eset fills in the password. If I hit yes it tells me that user is already added. I visit the site again and it repeats the same thing. This happens with all sites.

Since this is not a common issue and will require further investigation, I would recommend raising a support ticket with ESET LLC so that the case is properly tracked.
