Every time I use the Banking and Payment tool from Eset, it uses IE and it is always slow every time even if I clear the cache beforehand.   

Is it possible to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge instead?

What is the default system browser? Do you have the latest Edge based on Chromium installed?

Marcos, I went ahead and downloaded the new Edge based on Chromium.  That was much better.  Thank you!

As implied, Eset BP&P uses whatever default browser was set up in current Windows installation. Appears that was set to IE11. If you want to use Google Chrome for BP&P, you simply change your Windows default browser setting to Google Chrome.
