ESET Endpoint Security blocks Mobile VPN with SSL client

When trying to connect through our WatchGuard VPN firewall, ESET Internet Security blocks connection.
Setting up rules or deactivating rules doesn't help.
Uninstall of ESET Internet Security removes the problem, but we want to continue using ESET, so.. 🙂

Searched both ESET and WatchGuard for info. No help found

What to do?

Does temporarily disabling protocol filtering, network attack protection or firewall make a difference? If not, I'd recommend raising a support ticket with your local ESET distributor and supplying logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

No, disabling has been tried. Without any positive result.

Then I'd recommend raising a support ticket with your customer care. It could be that the software utilizes Windows Filtering Platform and thus filters network traffic similarly to ESET which could be a problem. Further investigation by developers will be needed, hence a opening support ticket will be the best course of action.

I've found out that the issue has already been reported by some other users and is being investigated by developers using a diagnostic tool.

Only our partners can check the status of known issues. When a particular issue has been fixed, it's listed in the changelog when a new version of product is released.

J'ai exactement le même problème depuis la dernière mise à jour d'ESET Endpoint Security.

I'have the same problem since last update of ESET Endpoint Security !

12.2.0 is available on Watchguards site for XTM33

12.5.2 is whats available when I directly DL it from the firewall.

Where are you getting this info from and can you provide a DL link?

I asked the local authorized WatchGuard partner. They said, that they are not aware of any new build (Newer than 12.5.2)
So I'd like to get a link for direct download of the alleged new build too. Thanks
