Password protect Endpoint Security on a Mac

Hi,

I have rolled out the remote admin agent and Endpoint Security V6.8.4 to all of our Mac users. On Windows I am able to password protect the user interface. Can this be done on a Mac. I can't seem to find anything that points to a solution.

Thanks

On Mac OS you specify privileged users who can modify settings.

I seriously don't understand why these settings cannot be the same between platforms. There are those that prefer to use the simple password protect settings mechanism on macOS.

Authorize one user that can edit the settings so the others cannot , and give that user to the people who are responsible to it , and that will eliminate the possibility of workers changing the setting because they are not the authorized user to do so

And about password protect and why it's not same between platforms because they are not the same operating systems.
