ESMC Agent Setup ended prematurely

Dear All,

During the installation of ESMC Agent we encountered the error below , please advise on a workaround 



Server Info during agent installation 

  •           Windows server 2012 R2 64bits OS
  •           Exchange server


Kindly find attached document for ESET Log Collector log

Please provide an installation log generated as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb406-how-do-i-generate-an-installation-error-log-for-windows-eset-products, ie. by running the agent msi installer with the /lvx* logname parameter.

According to the logs, there are serious issues with EMSX:
1, It hasn't updated yet, modules are from April 2019.
2, Antispam doesn't work, the following errors are logged:

Connection to antispam cloud successfully established, antispam is fully functional.
Antispam cloud connectivity protection status has been set (no connection).

Please make sure that EMSX can communicate with servers listed at https://support.eset.com/en/kb332-ports-and-addresses-required-to-use-your-eset-product-with-a-third-party-firewall and that TCP/UDP port 53535 is open for communication with the antispam servers.
