Unable to installed ESET Endpoint AntiVirus

I'm trying to install ESET Endpoint Security v6 in one of my client PC. The error that i keep getting is

"ESET' service' (ekrn) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services"

Windows OS : Window 10 Professional

What is the solution for this ?Kindly anyone please help

What version of Endpoint do you have currently installed? I'd recommend:
- removing ESET with the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool
- installing the latest version of Endpoint 7.2.
