no response from ESET

hello

my website is blacklisted by ESET (www.peykerastan.ir)

now it is clean and I emailed to ESET (samples@eset.com) as ESET rules but I did not get any response from ESET.

what should I do and how long I have to wait?

The website has been unblocked. As stated at https://support.eset.com/en/kb141-submit-a-virus-website-or-potential-false-positive-sample-to-the-eset-lab:

If the issue is not resolved within three days and the matter is urgent, please send a follow-up email message with the following information:

• Subject line of email that was sent to samples[at]eset.com.
• Date and time of email.
• Email address you sent it From.
