I'm trying to use chrome to upload music to google,

It works with eset disabled

In interactive filetering mode I was able to get it to work but had to click through a bunch allows, when I got to the ones regarding google made the rule allow every time. 

That worked but, when I went back to automatic filtering it ignored my new rules and quit working

 

Can any one help me out?

In the mean time the google music manager program is working for me

A rule would be necessary only if Google initiated a communication with your computer and not vice-versa. Not sure how GMM works, you can check differences in rules that were created in interactive mode and then create a general rule, if possible and safe.
