Paid with my phone. Need on laptop

I'm wanting to get a 2 year protection plan but did it on my phone. I need it on my laptop. It's already paid for. How do I get the download to my laptop?

I was unable to find your license by your forum registration email address so I assume you used a different one when purchasing the license. After the purchase you should have received an email with your license key that you should enter in the activation window to activate ESET.

Do you mean you purchased it for a phone rather than your laptop accidentally or you purchased it for your laptop on your phone?

If you purchased the wrong product you could contact eset for either a refund or to swap although it may depend on pricing
