Anti-Theft protection as PC monitoring

Hi,

Is there a way to monitor the PC activity without the user knowing?

It looks like when I turn on the anti-theft disables all the accounts. 

I would want the accounts to stay active.

Anti-Theft serves for locating the computer in the case of a theft or loss; it doesn't serve for monitoring activities of users. You'll need to use another 3rd party application. It may be necessary to exclude it in ESET as monitoring tools are detected either as malware or potentially unwanted / unsafe applications.
