Virus Signature Database Update Problem

Since I bought the ESET Internet Security,It has been showing that I need to update my Virus Signature Database.But when I try to update it, a error is coming up.I need help for this problem.

Have you tried uninstalling EIS and installing v13.0.24 from scratch? Is that the latest version 13 that you have currently installed?
