outlook.office365.com gets blocked

Hi there

Since we upgraded our customers to Windows 10 with the newest version of ESET Endpoint Antivirus 7.2.2055.0, we get often promted the attached error in Outlook.
Our sustomers are using Office365 for mailing. 

We we deactivate the SSL/TLS filtering, the error disapears. We would like to let the SSL/TLS activated, and create correct exclusion rules.
We tried to exclude outlook in the list of filtered applications, tried to add the certificate of outlook.com in the list of known certificates and tried to exclude the url in the Web-Protection tab in the URL-Adressmanagement.

Since this, the number of Errors got reduced from 8-12 times a day to 1-2 times a day.

Can anyone provide me the correct exclusions for this type of error?
