Computers cannot be added through ECA Live Installer. Reason: "no compatible products".

The computers can only be installed via a normal installation of the ESET Endpoint AntiVirus software. The EBA BusinessAccount was specified in the license query, so the license could then be selected and assigned. But via an ECA installation package - no chance.
What can you do to integrate these devices into the remote administration of the cloud?
