delaware 0
My MacBook Pro recently updated the operating system and I received Security risk alert. The instructions said to ‘Open System Preferences and allow apps from ESET, spoil.sr.o. To load extensions’. when opening System Preferences, I do not find the option to do that. Can someone point me in the correct direction, please. I cannot use my laptop until it is once again secure. thanks deleware

delaware 0
Hi Marcos, Thanks for attempting help me solve this. My new system is macOS Catalina, version 10.15.3 When i get to step # 3, fig. 2-3, "System software from developer "ESET, spot,s r. o." was blocked from loading" does not appear on the screen. Is there something else I need to be doing? Thanks again, delaware

Do you mean customer care at Apple or ESET 7 hours ago, Marcos said: If the following doesn't help either, please contact customer care: https://support.eset.com/en/kb6570-eset-system-extensions-not-approved-properly-in-macos-high-sierra-1013-and-later
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted February 18, 2020 Administrators Share Posted February 18, 2020 I meant ESET's customer care. Please provide them with logs collected as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404-use-eset-logcollector-on-macos-and-send-the-logs-to-eset-technical-support and maybe a couple of screen shots as well to demonstrate the issue. Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted February 21, 2020 Administrators Share Posted February 21, 2020 Logs need to be provided to customer care that will pass them further to developers. Please create a support ticket with your local ESET distributor.
