I have end users on a trial licence. I added a paid licence in the business account console which is working. The users remain on the trial licence. I see no easy way to move them all to the paid licence unless I deactivate them and then log on to each computer and reactivate them. Is there not a way to reassign the licence from the cloud console?

How many computers do you have? Are they managed by ESET Security Management Console? If so, you should send a product activation task to them while selecting the license added to EBA and that's it.

Hello, if you use ESET Cloud Administrator, you can replace the license using product activation task (select your computers, choose “new task” / “product activation” and choose the new license. If you have entered the trial license manually to clients, you will have to switch the license the same way. Automatic reactivation is not supported.
