Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted February 10, 2020 Administrators Share Posted February 10, 2020 Please provide a Wireshark pcap log from time when you open the Parental Control portal website. Alternatively you can enable network protection logging, open the website, disable logging and then collect logs with ESET Log Collector.
