Turning Firewall off when laptops are internal

I have a customer who wants EES configured as such >>

When Laptops are in house (internal) he does not want the EES firewall turned on.

When Laptops are outside the internal lan he wants the EES firewall turned on.

Would it need some kind of dynamic group to trigger this switch and if so how would this config template look and what changes need to be made on policy?

  • Administrators

They can create a firewall profile that will have all communication allowed and then configure the network to use the newly created profile and identify it by a desired network property or using ESET Authentication Server (Network authentication tab):

The Win firewall will be auto enabled. So there will always be some firewall active.
