I  Cannot select option when install

Is this a clean installation or you have an older version of ESET installed and you've run ESET Live installer to upgrade to the latest version? Or you have run the installer multiple times, e.g. to change the language ?

Does running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode find an ESET product and offer to uninstall it? https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool

The computer stopped when uninstalling due to me, so it seems it was not removed cleanly. So when I installed the new error like that. Thank you.

Please try running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode. If ESET is detected, uninstall it first. We look forward to hearing about your findings.
