Trying to log in but just getting "error"

I'm trying to log into https://shop.eset.co.th/en/my-account/, but it just shows up an error. Before it didn't, but when I tried to log in using my my.eset account, it wouldn't take it and said invalid email. Eventually the page wouldn't even open and just showed error. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
