I cant figure how to download to my second computer after loading it in my first unit

You have posted in the ESET NOD32 Antivirus forum but in fact you have a license for ESET Intetnet Security which provides better protection. Please make sure that you install EIS and not EAV.

Basically all you need to is:

1, Download ESET Internet Security Live installer from https://www.eset.com/int/home/internet-security/download/ and run it.
2, During installation, enter your license key and that's it.

Should you run into issues and get an error during installation, please post a screen shot of the error.
