Modules update failed

I have a 3-yrs license (until 11/16/2022) for 3 PCs. This information showed the first time after installation. However, I am now unable to update my ESET Internet Security (v. 13.0.24.0 _latest) with "Modules update failed. Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid". I know my license is valid, but I do not know how to verify it . It also reduces from 3 PCs to 1 PC ! Please help to verify and correct this as well. Thanks

Where did you get the license from? You seem to be from the US, however, the license was issued by the distributor in Honk Kong. Couldn't it be that you have bought it from a dubious seller, ebay, etc?

I bought this on eBay. It was fine after installation ESET (with one email address) : My 2 PCs in USA and 1 PC in Asia _I traveled last month over there. However, ESET now wanted me to check for validation activation code again, and I do not know how!

The license was canceled due to a leak / overuse. We strongly recommend buying products and renewals from authorized sellers and distributors, otherwise you may fall a victim to a counterfeit.

No. As @Marcos replied, the license has been canceled due to misuse by whomever you originally purchased it from.

You may be able to contact Ebay and PayPal but I persume it may be too late with the seller going.
