Possible false negatives

Both the copy that I had on my last Android phone and the one I downloaded yesterday keeps telling me that a system process is a threat. The phones are both UMX. My question is there a way to remove the threat warning for those programs? I can't make them stop, and the phone definitely won't let me uninstall them

Pre-installed applications cannot be removed, only disabled. Please report the detection name to ESET as per https://support.eset.com/en/submit-a-virus-website-or-potential-false-positive-sample-to-the-eset-lab.
