Sandor KM 0
Good morning, All our ESA servers don't authenticate anymore. Even checking for product updates keeps failing. Unable to determine the most recent product version. Restarted the ESA servers but that did not work. Is there a central server problem at ESET? Kind regards, Sándor

Kind regards, Sándor Hi Sandor, We are currently investigating this issue, if you are not using Mobile OTP we would recommend enabling as this will allow users to authenticate. If you would like more information please contact your local ESET Office. Regards,
Sandor KM 0
Hi Tom, Setting "Sending OTP by" to use Use custom application [OTP] and a restart of the EFA server solved the problem. Thanks. Kind regards, Sándor Edited January 24, 2020 by Sandor KM unfortunately 30 minutes later it isn't working anymore.
heh 0
Sorry guys, OTP didn't solve it and restart didn't help. ESA web console shows "Unable to determine the most recent product version." We have latest 2.8.23.0 and using SENDING and PROVISIONING by ESET servers. If you accept OTP message on mobile nothing happened and after expiration you can enter Master Key. ESA console shows Error while getting push data from Provisioning. Suppressing later error messages. Exception while getting the latest version, status: -3, errorMsg: No packages., os: windows, platform: x64, language: en_US
cschulzejn 0
looks like ESA needs some repolish and ESET must get rid of their kill-switch.

Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted January 24, 2020 Administrators Share Posted January 24, 2020 We have replaced a possibly faulty hardware component and believe that the issue should be gone now. Please confirm.
