ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted January 16, 2020 ESET Staff Posted January 16, 2020 How you have updated the agent? If you have updated the agent by the means of component upgrade task, that triggered also the update of the Server & Webconsole. I would expect that one of the two components did not update (in this case Webconsole), and therefore it´s not possible to render the new set of data.
KGundermann 1 Posted January 16, 2020 Author Posted January 16, 2020 Yes, I thought it will also update the Server, but the Server is still on version 7.0.577.0 Could I update the Server or Webconsole manually?
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted January 16, 2020 ESET Staff Posted January 16, 2020 Yes, I would recommend that you download the all in one installer component, and run the installer locally. Maybe the webconsole was updated, but the server was not (most probable this could happen in case, when your server is 32-bit, as we have discontinued support for 32-bit installers).
KGundermann 1 Posted January 16, 2020 Author Posted January 16, 2020 uups, yes the server is still 32bit 😩 Can I revert the webconsole to the old installation ?
KGundermann 1 Posted January 16, 2020 Author Posted January 16, 2020 I restored c:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\era\ from Backup and now I can login again. Thank you for your help ! MichalJ 1
