It is not clear what version of an ESET product you use; the steps differ for older versions and 11.2 and newer. If you are having difficulties removing password protection, use the Uninstall tool in safe mode as per https://support.eset.com/en/uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool.
