Incorrectly Blacklisted IP Address

My users had been complaining about not being able to receive some emails from outside our domain. Upon inspection i discovered the emails locked in quarantine in the Mail Security platform on our mail server. The emails were flagged as spam because the public ip ( was placed on the Cloud Blacklist. This ip belongs to ITV3 (a service provider) and I don't want to put it on the exclusion list because I still want the items coming from that IP to be scanned. Please remove it from the blacklist.
