NFitzanko 0 Posted December 27, 2019 Posted December 27, 2019 My users had been complaining about not being able to receive some emails from outside our domain. Upon inspection i discovered the emails locked in quarantine in the Mail Security platform on our mail server. The emails were flagged as spam because the public ip (23.249.47.194) was placed on the Cloud Blacklist. This ip belongs to ITV3 (a service provider) and I don't want to put it on the exclusion list because I still want the items coming from that IP to be scanned. Please remove it from the blacklist.
