can't install eset mobile security

It shows license cannot be used for this product but the fact is i just selected country as Nepal and email address then this error pop up. It is facing all over Nepal. But when we select country as India, eset mobile security can be install.

We are distributor of Eset in Nepal and every license key of mobile security is showing same problem. I can provide a license key if it would help.

Yes but eset shows error before entering any license I have sent the steps that eset mobile security show. Please find the attachment within this message.
