Hello people.

one question please.

We have installed on our Company System antivirus ESET Remote Administrator from version 5.

is enabled and working normally receiving updates.

we are looking to Migrate ESET Remote Administrator 5 to ESET Security Manage.

the question is:

migrating to version ESET Security Management Center 7,

Is the antivirus system still active with the same current activation key?

or do we need to request a new activation key?

ERA v5 nor Endpoint v5 didn't leverage activation; all that was required was a license key or a username/password for the products to work. After installing or deploying ESMC, create an EBA account at eba.eset.com, add you license key there and in the ESMC license manager link it to your EBA account. If you don't have the license key, you can retrieve the license email through https://www.eset.com/int/support/lost-license/ or by contacting your ESET distributor or seller.

As Marcos has said, your old license is indeed compatible with the new V7 system.
