The application meets criteria for potentially unwanted applications (PUA). PUA detection is fully optional and it's at users' discretion whether he or she wants to have them detected or not. Even with PUA detection enabled, it's possible to exclude particular PUA from detection.

Since the only communication channel for disputing detections is samples[at]eset.com, we'll draw this topic to a close.

Hi,

This is in continuation to our topic "Potential unwanted application detection".

I agree that ESET has some criteria for potentially unwanted applications (PUA) and we just want you to make an exception for our applications as those are not the potential threats and mere registry cleaner applications. If you want us to send the application setup again for verification, please let us know.

Looking forward to a positive reply and detection removal as this is impacting our sales.

Thanks & Regards,

Ascentive Tech Group

Since this is not a channel for disputing PUA detections, we'll draw this thread to a close. A reply regarding this PUA application has already been given.
