Most Valued Members ewong 8 Posted December 14, 2019 Most Valued Members Share Posted December 14, 2019 (edited) Hi, Kinda feel like I'm digging an even bigger hole. The certificate issue hasn't even been fixed, and now I'm getting a DB error: 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: Loading of tags starting. 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: #rows in blobs: 0 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: #column-attrs: 2 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: #rows: 0 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: Compaction from Load() 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: CExecutor.CCompactionState: Changing error from NoError to GeneralError. 2019-12-14 04:38:44 Information: CDatabaseModule [Thread 1a40]: CExecutor.CCompactionState: Request to change error from GeneralError to GeneralError ignored. (I'm beginning to feel it's better if I just killed the whole setup and re-install everything... worst case scenario, of course.) ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted December 15, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted December 15, 2019 Could you verify MySQL configuration, especially in terms of values required by ESMC to work properly? Maybe parameter max_allowed_packet is not configured properly and is lower than required 33M? Default is 4M which is not sufficient for ESMC to work properly.
